Make text bigger

  1. Open Settings (the gray gear icon).
  2. Tap Display & Brightness.
  3. Tap Text Size.
  4. Move the slider to the right until the words are comfortable to read.

If you need larger text in more places, open Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text. The wording can vary slightly across iOS versions.

Getting connected

Connect to Wi-Fi

  1. Open Settings, then tap Wi-Fi.
  2. Turn Wi-Fi on if the switch is off.
  3. Tap the name of a network you trust, such as your home network.
  4. Enter the network password and tap Join.
Only join a network you recognize. Your Wi-Fi password is private; do not send it in a text or tell it to an unexpected caller.
